Today in not just Nerd History, But Family History, It’s National Pierogi Day!
Since we are a family owned business, we wanted to share one of our traditions with you all. For Christmas Eve and Easter, we do a traditional Polish 13 course meal. One of the most classic and important parts of that is the Pierogi. A few days before we spend the entire day making pierogi from scratch, cover the house in flour, and fry everything to be ready for everyone to come over.

This holiday began in the 80’s to help encourage kids to ask the questions they are afraid to ask. Knowledge is important and so many kids feel that they can’t ask something without judgement from their peers or teachers.
